Some accommodation facilities cater for people living with special needs, however we strongly recommend our travelers to let us know in advance so as to reserve hotels that cater for PLWD (people living with disabilities).

    The Clothing It's best advised to carry minimal and light-weight attire while on a Kenya- Tanzania safari. Some areas like Ngorongoro crater, Aberdares, and Rift Valley can get cold during March, April & May months. As for mountain safaris, always pack heavy jackets and mountain-climbing gear. Most of the relevant clothing for mountain climbing can be bought locally in Nairobi.

    Yes, Kenya is a very safe country. All the travel destinations in our safari packages and itineraries are located in very safe and secure parts of the country.

    Yes you can! Kenya and Tanzania have reopened their borders to international tourists. You however need to present a Negative COVID-19 Test over the past 96 hrs.

    The Kenyan Government has however put in place social distancing guidelines in the safari vehicles, regular temperature checks in the hotels and game parks and game reserves.

  • The temperatures within East Africa are relatively high, therefore we always ensure that our guests get plenty of hydration while on safari. However, due to the ban of plastics, you will be required to buy our reusable water bottles at USD $10 or carry a reusable bottle that you will use while on your safari.

    Rwanda charges USD$1500 per person for the gorilla trekking permits, this price applies to Non-East African Passport holders. The prices are not seasonal hence constant throughout the year.

    The cost of a Ugandan gorilla trekking permit costs between USD$600 to USD$700 per person. The prices are seasonal with peak season prices going for USD$600 per person for foreign residents outside East Africa.

    Also for non-resident tourists, Uganda charges a gorilla habituation permit that is priced at US$1500. This process involves encouraging wild gorillas to feel comfortable around us human beings.

    Upon planning and confirmation of your safari with our team, you will make a deposit for your safari, we recommend a refundable deposit of 40% of the total safari price.

    Safari confirmations can be done up to a year in advance.

    For the final preparation of the safari, the final payments are made and a confirmation is sent to our guests.
